It is also effective to determine the body's water shortage by measuring body weight changes. Some hundred-mile events in foreign countries have weight scales. When the weight of a player decreases by more than a certain standard, he will be forced to retire. If conditions permit, we can detect changes in body weight during daily training and use this change to determine the condition of water shortage.

Hand-held kettle
As the name implies, it should be held by hand, so the general volume will not be too large and will not exceed the volume of a bottle of mineral water. Most of the common cylindrical kettles belong to this category, some of them can be tied to the hand with the magic buckle, DIY people also have their own tied with a stretch rope cross.
The disadvantage is that the skin is not wearable and can only be used for a few months to a year.
Water bottle pocket
Need a special waist pack tied to the waist, the kettle is generally in pairs, left and right side plug, or vertical plug.
The advantage of the waist pack type is that it is convenient to use, and two or more kettles can be used separately for drinking water and functional drinks.
The disadvantages are: the up and down shaking will be larger, and the smaller volume cannot store too much water.
Backpack bag
Some backpacks have left and right two vertical canister pouches on the chest, and the used kettle usually has a straw that is five to ten centimeters long for drinking while running.
Water bag backpack
If you often need to go for an hour or two of road or cross-country training, you should consider buying a professional water bag backpack. The water bag has a built-in bladder that looks like a backpack. A long drinking tube is exposed and leads to the front.

Tips for drinking while running
